Jessica Alba Nude Photo Scandal

Jessica Alba is the subject of just another nude celebrity photo scandal this week. This week, Fleshbot appears to have nabbed photos of actress Kat Dennings, as well as several photos of Alba. Fleshbot editors believe that the photographs are real because they are “so personal looking” and that most faked nude photographs are “incredibly sexualized”.

The series of photographs appear to feature the actress, showing off her pregnancy. One of the photos depicts Alba, possibly nude, cuddling up with husband Cash Warren. Several of the pictures are of little more than baby bump gone baby boulder.

However, in one of the photographs, the woman is shown lifting her shirt to show off her belly, as well as her breasts. Another photo would appear to be post-baby, featuring much smaller breasts that remained in a bra. Most of the photographs appear to have been captured with a cell phone.

RAW VIDEO: Seattle Police Caught Beating “Mexican Sh*t” Out Of Innocent Man!!!

Seattle Detective Apologizes for Racial Epithet

A Seattle police officer offered a tearful apology after being caught on camera kicking an innocent man and using a racial epithet.

The video shows a group of officers standing around three men who are lying on the ground. Seattle Police Detective Shandy Cobane shouts, “I’m going to beat the [expletive] Mexican [expletive] out of you homey! You feel me?”

Cobane later kicks the man in the head and another cop kicks him in the hand.

The detective sobbed as he gave a news conference on Friday to apologize to the Latino community, his colleagues and the city of Seattle, The Seattle Times reported.

“I know my words cut deep and were very hurtful,” Cobane said. “Please know that I am truly, truly sorry.”

The video was shot by a freelance videographer at around 2 a.m. on April 17.

The incident in question took place as officers were investigating an armed robbery in Seattle’s Westlake neighborhood. The 911 call reporting the crime had described the suspects as Hispanic.

The man attacked was not involved in the robbery. After officers let him go, the freelance videographer asked the unidentified man why he had been beaten.

“I don’t know. They knocked me down and kicked me in the head,” he responded.

Cobane and another officer have been placed on administrative leave. The city’s police department is carrying out an internal investigation, according to the Times.

“Drunk” Jerry Jones Trashes Parcells, Tebow On VIDEO…“Bills Not Worth a S—,”…Face’s Fine from NFL

Jerry Jones rips Bill Parcells, Tim Tebow on video; Dallas Cowboys owner could face fine from NFL

By Ralph Vacchiano
April 14th 2010

Jerry Jones may soon have to put his money where his mouth is.

The billionaire owner of the Dallas Cowboys could be facing a fine from the NFL after he was caught on a dark and grainy video making disparaging remarks about former Cowboys coach Bill Parcells and former University of Florida quarterback Tim Tebow. The video was apparently caught on a cell phone camera at a bar and posted Tuesday afternoon on Deadspin.

In the video, a seemingly drunk Jones is slurring his speech, but can clearly be heard to say Parcells is “not worth a s—“ and that if the Cowboys drafted Tebow “he’d never get on the field.”

The remarks may seem harmless, but the NFL tends to take its public image – and the actions of people associated with the league – very seriously. Last November, Tennessee Titans owner Bud Adams was fined $250,000 by NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell after he was caught on a cell phone video making an obscene gesture with his middle finger towards Buffalo Bills fans from his luxury suite at the end of his team’s 41-17 win.

A league spokesman called that “conduct detrimental to the NFL” when announcing the fine, and the 86-year-old Adams eventually apologized.

Both Jones and Parcells declined to comment about the video through their team spokesmen. “An NFL spokesman said the league also would have no comment.”

The 47-second video begins apparently in the middle of a conversation someone is having with Jones about Tebow and the possibility of the Cowboys drafting him next week. The clip picks up Jones saying “(Cowboys quarterback Tony) Romo was a miracle.” He’s then asked if he were owner of a team like the Jacksonville Jaguars if he’d draft Tebow just to sell jerseys.

“That’s the only reason I brought in Bill Parcells,” Jones says.

“Bills not worth a s—,” Jones adds. “I love him. Not worth a s—, but I wanted … They were on my (butt) so bad. ‘J’s got to have a Yes Man.’ So to get this f—- stadium, I needed to bring his (butt) in.”

Parcells joined the Cowboys as their head coach in 2003 after the team had suffered three straight 5-11 seasons. He guided the Cowboys to the playoffs twice in four years before resigning in 2006.

Jones eventually got his $1.2 billion stadium project approved in 2004, with a reported $325 million in public financing.

Later in the video, Jones is asked why he wouldn’t consider taking Tebow in the third round of the draft.

“Why?” Jones says. “He’d never get on the field. I can’t get him out there.”

NO RIGHT TO PRIVACY? Fed’s To Track You and Your Cell Phones…A MUST READ!!!

Feds push for tracking cell phones

Two years ago, when the FBI was stymied by a band of armed robbers known as the “Scarecrow Bandits” that had robbed more than 20 Texas banks, it came up with a novel method of locating the thieves.

FBI agents obtained logs from mobile phone companies corresponding to what their cellular towers had recorded at the time of a dozen different bank robberies in the Dallas area. The voluminous records showed that two phones had made calls around the time of all 12 heists, and that those phones belonged to men named Tony Hewitt and Corey Duffey. A jury eventually convicted the duo of multiple bank robbery and weapons charges.

Even though police are tapping into the locations of mobile phones thousands of times a year, the legal ground rules remain unclear, and federal privacy laws written a generation ago are ambiguous at best. On Friday, the first federal appeals court to consider the topic will hear oral arguments (PDF) in a case that could establish new standards for locating wireless devices

In that case, the Obama administration has argued that warrantless tracking is permitted because Americans enjoy no “reasonable expectation of privacy” in their–or at least their cell phones’–whereabouts. U.S. Department of Justice lawyers say that “a customer’s Fourth Amendment rights are not violated when the phone company reveals to the government its own records” that show where a mobile device placed and received calls.

Those claims have alarmed the ACLU and other civil liberties groups, which have opposed the Justice Department’s request and plan to tell the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia that Americans’ privacy deserves more protection and judicial oversight than what the administration has proposed.

“This is a critical question for privacy in the 21st century,” says Kevin Bankston, an attorney at the Electronic Frontier Foundation who will be arguing on Friday.

“If the courts do side with the government, that means that everywhere we go, in the real world and online, will be an open book to the government unprotected by the Fourth Amendment.”

Sapp Chokes GF! Ex Football Pro,DWTS Warren Sapp Arrested for Domestic Battery… Busting the Stereotype…

Warren Sapp, a University of Miami legend and former All-Pro lineman in town to provide TV commentary for the Super Bowl, was arrested by Miami Beach police Saturday after his girlfriend accused him of choking her and throwing her in the couple’s hotel room.

The alleged attack occurred about 5 a.m., after the couple had been partying at Miami Beach’s Shore Club hotel, 1901 Collins Ave., the police report said.

The woman — police did not identify her — called authorities at noon Saturday. Officers arrived at the hotel and met with the 37-year-old former NFL star before taking him to police headquarters, said police spokesman Detective Juan Sanchez.

After detectives questioned Sapp and his girlfriend, police charged Sapp with misdemeanor domestic battery. He was taken to Miami-Dade County jail Saturday evening.

Sapp was set to provide commentary for the Super Bowl — but the NFL Network is taking him off the air until the company reviews the incident.

The girlfriend told police she had been sleeping in the couple’s hotel room when Sapp came in, pulled her out of bed and demanded that she leave the room. As she began to get dressed, he grabbed her neck and began to choke her, the report said.

He shoved her onto a couch and questioned her about men she listed on her cell phone, then picked her up by her shirt and neck and threw her back down, the report stated.

The tussle continued, the report said, and Sapp eventually pushed her out of the room, where she sought help from someone in the hallway.

The report said he sent her a text message that said, “You whore.”

Police reported the woman had bruises on her neck and a swollen right knee. She was taken to Mount Sinai Medical Center.

But, according to the report, Sapp told police there was no fight — and that she slipped off the couch after he asked her to leave the room because he was expecting company.

Sapp told detectives he “tried to help her get off the couch, but she fell backwards and fell on her leg,” the report stated.

Sapp was a star defensive tackle with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Oakland Raiders before retiring in 2008. He then competed on ABC’s Dancing with the Stars, where he finished in second place. He has his own clothing line, QB Killa, and is a commentator on the NFL Network’s GameDay Morning.

The NFL Network is temporarily pulling him off the job.

“In light of these circumstances, Warren Sapp will not appear on NFL Network while we review the matter,” the company said in an e-mail to The Miami Herald.

Sapp is no stranger to Miami Beach: At other times, he’s been spotted at The Forge restaurant and swimming at the Gansevoort South hotel’s rooftop pool, racing Olympic champion Michael Phelps.

Hours before the incident with his girlfriend Saturday morning, Sapp was scheduled to appear at the B.E.D. nightclub on South Beach for a disk jockey’s birthday party.

Police said his next appearance will likely be before a judge Sunday mornin

Rachel and Tiger Spoke Last Night… the break up call, Instead of a booty call???

Gloria Allred has never canceled a news conference
in her career … so why was today’s camera op scuttled? Sources tell us Rachel Uchitel and Tiger Woods have been communicating … as recently as late last night.

The Voice mail Tiger left to Mistress #2

Sources say Rachel was in touch with Tiger and his reps before Friday’s car accident and last night for approximately a half hour.

There are reports of some sort of deal between Rachel and Tiger — i.e. money for silence. We have no knowledge one way or the other. As of last night we do know no financial overture had been made.

But we do know Rachel, Tiger and his reps knew full well her original plan was to lie and deny the sexual relationship.

What we do know for sure: Gloria Allred is a good chess player, so someone made a move in the last 12 hours.
