What exploded over San Diego on Friday and landed on over one million people?

While a resident was filming a chem-trail operation, the videographer was able to catch a strange event.

“While filming chem planes spraying very low and the object appeared after the second, higher, trail was laid,” says Alt News reporter NaturalBlaze. “Whatever fell from the object rained down into a very urban area full of houses.”

Natural Blaze says, “I think this is a darn serious clip.”

“I was setting up my scope,” he says, and his partner Crowette said, ‘Hey, look. There’s an orb.’ And so manually, I tried ot get it in my scope’s view finder, which is not an easy task.”

He said, “All this stuff was falling over houses.”

As we approach the end of another year let’s remember that humanity is now subjected to yet another full year of spraying with metal particles. Not just humanity but all the poor creatures on earth are being sprayed; every plant and every tree, the bees and birds, the soil and all the little creatures that live in it, even the fish and inhabitants of the sea are suffering as aluminum, sulfur, barium and other toxic metals pile on everywhere altering the pH of the soil, contaminating the water and attacking the very essence of life on earth.

Let’s remind our uneducated friends and online trolls that:

1. Often we see ordinary planes who are not spraying, flying in the same air space and altitude as those who are spraying leaving long trails. Given that “contrails” are dependent predominantly on the temperature and humidity of the surrounding atmosphere at that particular atmospheric pressure (which is measurable), and given that changes don’t occur very quickly in nearby airspace this should offer no less than a head scratch for anyone with an understanding of the issue and willing to apply science, reason and common sense.

2. Planes spraying are almost always unmarked, not ordinary commercial planes with passengers. To this day, no one has filmed an ordinary commercial (labeled) passenger jet spraying. It doesn’t mean it hasn’t happened or is not happening, but it is something to consider. This goes along with the unusual government dual strategy of both:

Dr. Robert Metzger, Radiation Safety Engineering, Inc, American Chemical Society 2013 Meeting (emphasis added): Contamination of food imports to the United States in the early days after the Fukushima accident… Contaminated food imports into the US from Japan were first observed in our laboratory on March 30, 2011, with several products exceeding the FDA Derived Intervention Level (DIL) for Cesium and Iodine…

Dr. Metzger’s presentation excerpts, Feb 8, 2014:

• First observed food… contamination was found on March 30… a Sushi import was found to be contaminated with 131I
• April 5, a shipment of Koji powder was… heavily contaminated with 60Co, 124Sb, 131I, 132Te, 134Cs and 137Cs… This, and subsequent samples, exceeded the FDA [DIL]
• By July, the 1-131 had largely decayed away and the primary concern was foods that were known concentrators of some of the isotopes. The sample of the dried green tea leaves below has Cesium concentrations at 1/3 of the FDA DIL [~400 Bq/kg]
• By July, the impact of the water releases were observed in harvests of seaweed… The sample [tested] is about 1/3 of the FDA DIL for Cesium [~400 Bq/kg]
• Published results indicate [FDA] found little to no observable contamination… There are several possible explanations… We were testing samples while the accident was still in progress and therefore saw problems before the FDA started testing seriously
• Imported food products contaminated with fission products… were detected starting in late March… Conscientious importers tested their imported foods and destroyed any food that was found to be contaminated, even at levels well below the FDA DIL

Three glasses of milk a day linked to earlier death

Milk could be a danger to health and even increase the risk of dying prematurely, according to shocking new research.

Drinking a few half pint glasses of milk every day does nothing to lower the chance of suffering broken bones, the research says, and can make the risk of an early death more likely.

The study leaders say further research is needed before any dietary changes are recommended. But they fear the effects of high levels of lactose and galactose found in milk are to blame.

These sugars can increase oxidative stress and chronic inflammation in the body – both of which are major causes of a host of killer and chronic diseases.

The research was conducted at the department of surgical sciences at ­Uppsala University in Sweden.

Lead researcher Professor Karl Michaelsson said: “Our results may question the validity of recommendations to consume high amounts of milk to prevent fragility fractures.

“The results should, however, be interpreted cautiously given the observational design of our study.

“The findings merit independent ­replication before they can be used for dietary recommendations.”

Professor Mary Schooling, of New York’s City University, said the new ­findings certainly raised fears about the potential harm of milk.

She said: “As milk consumption may rise globally with economic development and increasing consumption of animal source foods, the role of milk and mortality needs to be established now.”

A diet rich in milk products is widely recommended to help reduce the likelihood of fractures linked to osteoporosis. But previous research into the importance of milk for the prevention of fractures and the influence on death rates showed conflicting results. The Swedish team set out to examine whether high milk intake may increase oxidative stress, which, in turn, affects mortality and fracture risks.

The research, published in the BMJ, looked at the diets and lifestyles of two large groups of men and women over a number of years.

In women, the study found no reduction in fracture risk with higher milk consumption. But those who drank more than three glasses of milk a day had a higher risk of death than women who drank less than one glass a day.

Men also had a higher risk of death with higher milk consumption but this was less pronounced than in women.
