She may have flashed her flesh in the name of acting on a few occasions.

But now Catherine Zeta-Jones has taken a leap of faith, by posing naked for an American woman’s magazine in her raciest photoshoot to date.

In the pictures the actress puts talk of her shrinking frame to bed as she confidently reveals a toned, but curvy, figure while lounging across the sheets and smouldering into the camera.

And the 40-year-old star, who is currently appearing in Broadway show A Little Night Music in New York, proves to the world she is proud of her body as she reaches middle age.

In fact, she reveals, nudity is just not an issue for her.

When it was time for the nude portion of the shoot, the mother of two promptly dropped her robe for Allure magazine.

She then said: ‘That’s when your dancing days and being in theatre pay off.

‘When you’re doing a quick change, you don’t give a shit who sees you.’

However, while Zeta-Jones may be no shrinking violet, she revealed in an interview earlier this year how she is having to cover up more since moving to New York.

The Welsh actress told U.S. chat show host David Letterman that she has had to stop running around her garden naked after moving from the privacy of Bermuda to bustling New York.

She told Letterman how she used to frolic nude at the sprawling Bermuda mansion where she lived with husband Michael Douglas, 65, and their children.

But these days her al fresco fun has ended since the family moved to the Big Apple last year.

In the interview with Allure she also revealed her plans for the future with her family, saying she would love to live on a boat and sail around the world. ‘I wouldn’t be surprised if [we do] that.’

Unprovoked Cops Viciously Beat Student Then Charge Him With Assault 130410beating Charges against a Maryland student were dropped yesterday after video was released showing three unprovoked police officers violently beating him to the ground with batons following a basketball game last month.

As the video reveals, John McKenna, 21, was celebrating a Maryland basketball victory on the evening of March 3rd.

As the student walks down the street close to the university’s College Park campus, he is seen waving his arms and dancing jovially. He then slows, stops and backs away upon seeing several horse mounted police ahead of him.

McKenna is then set upon and viciously slammed against a brick wall by dismounted officers in riot gear, who pummel him with batons, knocking him unconsciousaccording to his lawyer.

As a hefty officer takes a run up and delivers a forceful blow to the legs, McKenna, somehow still standing, is hacked to the ground.

The cops then continue to beat McKenna in the head and body around a dozen times in total as he lays crumpled and motionless, neither resisting nor able to defend himself.

Following the incident McKenna was astoundingly charged with “felonies on suspicion of assaulting officers on horseback and their mounts”.

Papers detailing the charges, sworn by Officer Sean McAleavey, state that McKenna and another man, Benjamin C. Donat, aged 19, “struck those officers and their horses causing minor injuries,” and that the horses retaliated and injured McKenna and Donat.

The documents state that the two men were running and screaming in the middle of the road, encouraging an unruly crowd to form.

Prosecutors dropped the charges upon seeing the video of the incident, which was shot by another student. It was discovered by a private investigator working on behalf of McKenna and a codefendant who was also charged with assault against police.

The video clearly shows McKenna was around six feet away from the officers on horseback and did nothing to threaten them or provoke retaliation. It also clearly shows that Donat was not even involved in the incident, despite the officer’s charging claims.

The 23-year-old who is suing Steven Seagal for sexual harassment and illegal trafficking of females for sex is an accomplished model, and RadarOnline.com has your first look at her modeling pictures.

The photos show on the beach in several different bathing suits. In one of the pictures, the Asian beauty has a “come-hither” look.

Nguyen, who was hired by the 90s martial arts movie star as an executive/personal assistant, says she was treated “as his sex toy,” in legal papers filed Monday.

Nguyen is suing for sexual harassment, illegal trafficking of females for sex, failure to prevent sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination and false representation about employment.

Court papers say Nguyen was lured to work with Seagal under false pretenses and within days she bolted after allegedly being physically and sexually assaulted. She claims on her first day Seagal put “his hand under her shirt” and attempted “to fondle her bare breasts.”

Nguyen is suing for damages in excess of $1 million. She’s also calling for a jury trial.
